The game, described as a ‘playable poem’ will be available to be downloaded on a series of platforms including the Playstation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360, on the PC in 2014 and as soon as the first console of the new generation is launched, Xbox One. This final machine has much interest circulating around it; its release has been much awaited all year, especially given that its predecessor the Xbox 360 was released eight years ago.

She will face adversity en route though as she has to defeat the Black Queen as well as a whole host of enemies that appear to her in a host of forms including wolves and dragons. It’s not all doom and gloom though as she will receive assistance from friendly gnomes and fairies, and let’s not forget Aurora’s firefly friend who is available to be controlled by a co-op partner.
